I build the web apps operations run on, and the integrations behind them.

Every Salesboard customer already had a CRM, an ERP and a verification vendor, and none of them would change for a sales tool. So the integration layer became a product in its own right. As a Salesforce partner we built three different Salesforce integrations, from lead sync to closed‑won order flows. A public Zapier app with triggers and actions opened the platform to everyone else, alongside HubSpot and Pipedrive connectors and a central login service for Google, Salesforce and Pipedrive sign‑in.

Underneath sat a shared ServiceHub SDK plus a small Laravel service per customer that took every signed contract and delivered it wherever that customer needed it: third‑party verification vendors, SFTP drops, CRM connectors, order flows for fibre roll‑outs. A documented public API with an automated test suite let customers build their own. At peak the platform served more than fifty tenants across twenty‑two environments in nine countries, with single accounts of two hundred users.

EasyReports started as my own report downloader for B1bee’s Amazon business and grew, together with FreightNI, a freight forwarder and prep centre in Northern Ireland, into the operations workspace their warehouse runs on every day: product catalog with landed cost and margin per marketplace, replenishments to Amazon FBA and AWD created and tracked through the API, warehouse billing, and the Amazon reports pulled per organisation across fifteen marketplaces.

The work that does not show on screen is the part I sell: taking an SP‑API application through Amazon’s developer registration and restricted‑role approvals, secret rotation via Amazon’s notification queue, a per‑organisation scheduler that respects Amazon’s rate limits and report windows, automated monthly invoicing through the Xero API, Stripe subscriptions, and Slack alerts for the warehouse floor.

Salesboard gave door‑to‑door and SME sales reps one device for the whole pitch: leads on a map, branded presentations and pitch cards, forms that fill themselves from address data, and contracts signed on the spot. Managers published content and watched conversions live. Customers included Eneco, E.ON, Essent, Total/Lampiris, Proximus, Delta Fiber, Vodafone, Origin Energy, AGL, toob and Médecins Sans Frontières.

I wrote the first Android tablet app and its JavaScript add‑on API in 2011, led the move to the native iPad and Android generation sold through the app stores, then architected the 2019 pivot to an Angular web app and PWA that replaced both. From 2014 I ran engineering end to end: the multi‑tenant backend, releases, hiring, security, and the company’s side of the independent technical due diligence when Relyon and Main Capital acquired it in 2022. That review is the model for the due diligence I now do for buyers.

When door‑to‑door stopped in 2020, we made the pitch work over a browser call. I designed the WebRTC meeting room with screen sharing that needed no software on the customer’s side, and a remote signing flow: the rep sends a short link, the customer signs on their own phone, and the signed PDF flows back through each customer’s integration service to their CRM and ERP.
